| Lever Controls This is the most basic of machines. The machine is hydraulically powered but cables and levers control a hydraulic spool valve. The operator has to press a Hold To Run button with one hand and operate the levers (to clamp and turn the machine) with the other. The machine is guarded with fixed 2000mm high but because the operator has to use both hands and is a safe distance from the machine, the pedestrian access is not guarded.

| Solenoid Controls Solenoid controlled machines are still hydraulically powered but in this case the hydraulics are a bit more sophisticated. Instead of a spool valve, solenoid valves are used. These are controlled electronically by push buttons. It is still on a Hold To Run basis however, these machines benefit from pedestrian light access barriers as well as 2000mm high fixed guards.

| Automatic Controls These machines take the solenoid controls a stage further. The solenoid hydraulic valves are controlled via a P.L.C. (process logic controller). This enables the machine to be operated with just one press of a button and the machine will complete one cycle. Having a P.L.C. in control enables use to give you all sorts of other options, pre-selected multi-pressure clamping for example. It also allows us to connect the machine to an existing inline system and interface with your existing P.L.C. |

| Precision Clamping System We can offer a device that detects the height of your load. This ensures that the same pressure is applied to every load regardless of its height. The pressure applied can be any pressure you require. Very gentle for delicate loads or more firm for robust loads. This can also be taken a stage further. If you have a variety of loads you can have a range of pre-selectable pressures to suit each load. |

| Pallet Clamps Pallet clamps can help if you require your load to be inverted but retain the same pallet type. This means one pallet is held on the top table. This alleviates the need to place and remove a spare pallet onto your load.

| Finishes All machine are available in a variety of finishes. Polyurethane paint is the standard finish. This can be any color you like if you can supply us a RAL number. Galvanizing or STEEL-IT paint are also options.Interlocked gates, traffic lights, flashing beacons, key switches and sirens are some of the other options that have been requested in the past.
